We just came back from Disney, our first trip with the new trailer. We had a blast. The kids loved it. Thank you all for such a great trailer!!!!

Mike was great to deal with and so was the service department with assisting with our hitch work. Pat was very patient with us at our demo of the trailer and took he time we needed to understand how to use the trailer, since this is our first one. Again thank you

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how happy we were with our experience at Crossroads. We had been to several area dealers and we chose your dealership mostly for our salesman Jon. He answered all of our questions (and there were many) with honesty and knowledge. He was very relaxed which in turn made us feel very comfortable in our decisions. We would recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new our used trailer to definitely visit Jon and your dealership. Again we would like to express how fabulous he was and we can't wait to go out and use our new camper.

First of all I just want to say thank you! You have a great group of people working for you. From Mike the saleman to your service dept. They all were extremely professional and personable. It is nice to be treated like a customer. Being a service manager myself its nice to be on the receiving end for a change. In todays society when it seems everyone is in such a hurry and not many have time to explain things your group of people made it a pleasurable experience. Even the tech who installed the hitch for us took the time to explain the process on how things work and what to do. Your groups personnal touch and friendly ways have made our RV buying experience a pleasurable one.

Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how happy we are with the purchse of our Surveyor TT. Since pulling out of the lot it truly has been a pleasure towing it. I was surprised how well it handled on the road and especially how much easier it was to back in. We just finished spending our 2nd weekend in it and I can't find enough words to express how satisfied we are! Thank you again for helping us find our 2nd home!

Thank you so much to everyone at Crossroads from Mike who helped us in picking out this beautiful unit to the service department who was just great in getting our truck fitted with a fifth wheel hitch and the thorough demonstration on how to use the new unit.
