The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely do business here (especially over national chain rv stores). The RV salesman was upfront about all fees and charges and there were no high pressure sales tactics. It's a family owned business from what I gather.

My wife and I purchased a Cedar Creek 40c20 cottage. Dina, Fred, and Kelly made this possible and a great experience. We are from Pennsylvania, this was the closest to us. They went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. If we every need another camper or trailer again this will be the first place I contact.

There is a lot of negative talk about RV dealers, allow me to tell you about a great one in New Jersey. Crossroads Trailer Sales is absolutely incredible. We have a 2019 Cedar Creek 38flx. The second AC unit isn’t working properly, we are setup and camping on a seasonal site not to far from their location. I called this morning to set up a service call, expecting to have to pull our 5th wheel out and be without it for who knows how long. I was shocked when they said they will have their technician come to us on Monday, 4 days. If you can, choose a family owned business, better yet come to New Jersey and deal with the best dealer in the country.

Awesome service. Bad water pump on new trailer- Crossroads got us in next day. New pump installed within an hour. The tech also prepped us all up to get on the road, going above and beyond. And very friendly.

Had the chance to cross paths with Dina Hurley from Crossroads Trailer via the internet. We had been searching for a Travel Trailer for several years now and until just recently we got serious and narrowed it down to the FR Surveyor 295QBLE. When I tell you we looked at a lot of TT’s, that also involved speaking to a lot of sales people, most just made us not want to buy anything from them. So We took a blind leap of faith 2 weeks ago after reading the reviews for Crossroads and made an internet offer on this trailer. Pleasantly surprised we got a phone call from Dina the next morning and we were able to make a deal quickly. We picked this beauty up yesterday. When we picked it up the staff were waiting for us. All of them were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They took the time to go over all the aspects of the trailer and were not in a rush to get us out of there. From the initial contact,to visiting the location, to exploring many RV's, this place has it's competitors beat by a wide margin. It is well stocked with high quality RV's at very affordable prices. Financing options are available. Sales personnel are extremely accommodating. Service is beyond expectations. I truly recommend this dealership.

Great experience with Crossroads. No high pressure sales. Mike was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Once we made the decision to buy, we had forgotten our checkbook. We were given the keys, and told to drop off payment next day! Dena, the owner, was very gracious and offered their services to move everything from our trade in to the new trailer. Now that is some service! The staff is friendly and courteous. This is a top notch dealer. I am so happy we found them.
