I stopped in at Crossroads Rv & Met my salesman, Mike. Told him my wish list & he found a trailer that was much more than I wished for. It is a large used trailer with a couple blemishes on the exterior and pristine on the interior. We went over everything made a list of what needed to be done, papers were signed, and the service department went above and beyond I could ever imagine, they not only Fixed everything, But even threw in the monitor for the camera system & A new propane grill to replace the old one. The ladies in the office answered all my questions, made everything very simple and stress-free! We did a final walk-through with Pete & He was very thorough Showing us around our new trailer and explaining everything, He was excellent!! I highly recommend Crossroads RV!!

I purchased a 2017 Crossroads Altitude 3811 from Crossroads Trailer Sales in 2017. Upon our every couple month inspections (eyes on seals, roof, etc), I found my seal on my slide was deteriorating. I placed a call into the service dept and a tech was dispatched in less than a week. My tech was Jesse, and I can’t say enough about this man. He was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough. I am requesting him to do the work on my unit when the parts come in. Jesse represented Crossroads Trailer Sales in the most professional manner. Customer service is top notch! UPDATE… After 2 months with ZERO precipitation, it downpours on my scheduled repair date. Kim immediately called to reschedule the day after Thanksgiving (first appointment). Jesse is an AMAZING tech! He is prompt and knowledgeable. His work is top notch! He truly takes pride in his work. Whether you purchased your unit from Crossroads or you just need a great RV tech, I highly recommend calling Crossroads Trailer Sales (ask for Jesse for all your repairs)!

We are on our second camper through Crossroads and the experience has been great from start to finish each time. Their expertise on weight distribution hitches is especially why, both of our campers stay straight every trip. They also take the time to show you through your unit and test brake gain settings before you pull away. Would highly recommend them!!!

long overdue review here..Dina & Fred and literally the entire staff made this a 5 star experience. I traded in my Forrest river vibe in, on a Cedar Creek 5th wheel. Had a representative come inspect my trade he was on time, knowledgable and super professional. I also had two gentlemen pickup and deliver my old and new unit and let me tell you they were incredible went the extra mile to assure I was happy with placement! Fred spent the time to show us and at times I may or may not have been pushy and he remained a pro. Dina during this process was huge deciding factor I really wanted to do my business with her for a few reasons but mainly because she gave me the impression she is a stand up woman and she would be there if we needed anything. Well, week 2 with the unit at 5:30pm on a Friday I tested that. I had locked myself out of my camper with my dog inside I called and she without hesitation said come get my key to get into your unit and if she wasn't there for any reason she would leave it somewhere for me. Purchased a new Forest River Grand Surveyor camper. All staff are very polite. I worked with Fred and Dina(Owner). Whole process was very laid back. They left me alone with unit and I looked at build quality for over an hour, then helped with any questions I had. Came back the next weekend and worked out a deal. Very nice low pressure buying experience. Very happy! May 2024 udate: still very happy with Crossroads team! The pickup and PDI was very thorough, great team. 2 trips so far and very happy with the quality of build :) I did have a broken plastic fridge clip. A quick text to Crossroads support team, and I had a replacement in my hands a week later. Love my camper and glad I chose this dealer!!!
